Warehouse facility

We have quality storage facility for raw material and finished goods with a standard safety measures and convenient movement of the goods. Warehouses play a key role in the manufacturing of quality products. They are responsible for receiving all goods, including packaging and labeling, and for releasing products. GMP rules are in place to ensure materials are stored and handled properly

  • A stainless-steel construction of in-house blending systems equipped with world-class compounding techniques and completely automatic operation. Our cutting-edge Bio-pharma design liquid processing infrastructure responds to those challenges by delivering extreme quality and precision in the manufacturing process. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP standards.

  • Mixing operations can ensure the accuracy of liquid mixing process while allowing for an automated monitoring process based on configured data like adding sequence, mixing ratio, mixing time, pressure, and feeding dosing. That’s what a well-engineered production line need. It brings peace of mind to customers.

  • Microbial control in water system is achieved primarily through sanitization practices. Water System can be sanitized either thermal or chemical means. However, the HWS system is the best way to sanitize the mixing tanks. HWS (Hot Water or Thermal Sanitization) system – 65-80˚C sanitized and it is specifically designed to minimize bio-burden. We treat all liquid blending with the same care as regulated drugs.
